All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. There is no exception.

Our Guarantee

Alll jewelry is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days. However, because our jewelry and accessories are handmade and use naturally occuring materials, individual pieces will vary in color, shape and other attributes.

Jewelry may be returned for replacement if it is returned within 10 business days of the date the jewelry was shipped, providing that the jewelry is returned with all the original packaging materials. All jewelry must be in new and unworn condition, without having been re-sized or altered in any way.

Order Processing

It may take approximately 4-6 business days to process an order before it is shipped by the Shipping Method chosen. During periods that we receive high volumes of orders, there may be approximately 6-10 additional business days to process an order.

Shipping Policy

All shipping is done via USPS Mail (United States Postal Servicel with Delivery Confirmation Service. The cost of shipping is dependent on the value of your purchase.

If you chose a UPS, FEDEX or DHL they do not deliver to P.O Boxes. The delivery address must be a street address. Orders to P.O. Boxes will be cancelled.

At the present time, shipping rates apply only to the continental US (50 states).

International Shipping

For international shipping special arrangement do apply. The purchaser is required to contact Patricia Candido Brazilian Jewelry Design studio and supply credit card information for addition shipping charges. Or provide a valid UPS, FEDEX or DHL account number.

Shipping Method

If you want some local or International rush delivery make sure to contact Patricia Candido Brazilian Jewelry Studio as soon you place your order. We will resquest your credit card information for addition shipping charges. Or provide a valid UPS, Fedex or DHL account number.
Please note that it may be longer for DHL, UPS or FEDX to make a delivery; we cannot control the package once it leaves our studio.

UPS, FEDEX, DHL and USPS Mail do not deliver on Sundays or federal holidays.

In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address..

Shipping a Gift

We can ship your purchase as a gift to another party.
All items are shipped in Patricia Candido Jewelry Gift Box, and are not gift wrapped.
Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are not available or offered.

*You are responsible for all shipping costs to and from www.patriciacandido.com for Exchanges. Please note that items may be out of stock and we make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory for Exchanges.

Returns and Exchanges

Patricia Candido Brazilian Jewelry Design prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise.
If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item for exchange in its original condition and package within 10 business days.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. No Returns, No Refunds. There is no expection.

Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless www.patriciacandido.com has sent the wrong item.

All exchanges must be sent via UPS, DHL, FEDEX, registered mail, or any other delivery service that requires a signature.

Please include the date the order was delivered to you by UPS, billing and shipping contact information, quantity number of each item being exchanged, item name, type option (size), single item price, total price of exchanged items, and a brief description of what the problem is with the merchandise.

Out of Stock Items

if you order items that are out of stock or no longer available you will be contact by our Customer Service within 24 hours. Make sure to provide us a current e-mail address and phone number.

Cancellation of Orders

You may only cancel your order via telephone or fax up within 24 hours after you place it.
You cannot cancel your order via email.
If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order.

www.patriciacandido.com may cancel your order or part of your order if the item is out of stock and no longer available.
You will receive an email if your order is cancelled because the item is out of stock or no longer available

Repairs

Any jewelry may be repared free of charge if returned within 10 business days. After 30 days it will be a charge of 25% of the jewelry price for workmanship and supplies.Repairs may take 1-4 weeks to be completed. Please send the jewelry with an extra self-address and pre-paid envelope to:
